Peixi (Percy) Liao BDS, CAGS, DScD, FICD, FACD
Dr. Peixi Liao is a fourth-generation dentist from a long-standing dental family originally based in China. He has been practicing dentistry since 2012, following his graduation with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the Guanghua School of Stomatology at Sun Yat-sen University.
Driven by a passion for excellence, Dr. Liao pursued advanced training in Prosthodontics at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. There, he completed a rigorous five-year program, earning both a Doctor of Science in Dentistry (DScD) in Prosthodontics and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS).
From 2018 to 2025, Dr. Liao served as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Restorative Sciences & Biomaterials at Boston University. His academic roles spanned the Divisions of Postdoctoral Prosthodontics, Digital Dentistry, and Operative Dentistry. He also founded the course Digital Dentistry in Prosthodontics & Restorative Science, which has empowered hundreds of dental students to embrace the scientific and artistic dimensions of modern digital dentistry.
Dr. Liao has held leadership positions in several major dental organizations. He is the former Chair of the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Prosthodontics Section and currently serves as President of the International Association for Dental Research (IADR) Prosthodontics Group. He is also a Committee Member of the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP), the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics (AAFP), and serves the Massachusetts Dental Society in several capacities—including Vice Chair of Business Development, and Committee Member for Dental Education, Ethics, and the Artificial Intelligence Task Force. Additionally, he is a Committee Member of the ISO/ADA Standards Consensus Body 12 on Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Management.
In recognition of his professional excellence and service to the dental community, Dr. Liao has been honored as a Fellow of both the International College of Dentists (FICD) and the American College of Dentists (FACD)—distinctions that reflect the highest standards of integrity, leadership, and achievement in dentistry.
Today, Dr. Liao practices at Ever Bright Digital Dental Center, providing comprehensive dental care as both a prosthodontist and general dentist. He is deeply committed to helping patients restore their smiles, maintain lifelong oral health, and understand the essential role of oral wellness in overall health. As he reminds his patients: “You care for it; we will help you maintain it.”

General Dentist
Dr. Crisafulli is a Bothell dentist who has been practicing all phases of general dentistry for more than 27 years. After devoting three years in the U.S. Public Health Service, she opened her own practice in Bothell, Washington. Since 1992, she has treated thousands of patients of all ages. Her gentle touch is well known among her patients. Dr. Crisafulli is a Master In the Academy of General Dentistry. This is an academic award that only 1% of dentists in the U.S. Achieve.
A Dentist with Heart!
She is devoted to continued learning and has taken post-graduate courses in cosmetic dentistry, occlusion, orthodontics and dental implants. Dr. Crisafulli and her team donate a free day of dentistry since 2007 to Northshore citizens calling it “Dentists with a Heart” and has volunteered since 1997 on the Medical Teams International Mobile Dental Van. Our amazing Bothell cosmetic dentist also mentors other dentists from around the world in continuing education through the prestigious Kois Center, run by Dr. John Kois, here in Seattle.
Dr. Crisafulli and her husband live just down the street, near Inglemoor High School. When not practicing as a top Bothell dentist, Dr. Crisfaulli enjoys cycling, hiking, raising puppies for Canine Companions for Independence, scrap booking, photography, and travel.

Meet Dr. Wang
Periodontics And Fixed Prosthodontics
Dr. Wang is from Taiwan and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery in National Taiwan University. After some years in private practice, he made a major decision to come to the United States. He completed his advanced speciality training in periodontics and fixed prosthodontics and a Master’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dentistry. While there, he lectured and also gave credited continuing education courses covering digital treatment planning in full mouth comprehensive cases which was attended by dentists from all over the world.
Dr. Wang specializes in managing complex full mouth reconstruction with implants and periodontal compromised teeth as well as periodontal and bone regeneration.
Dr. Wang is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Ossteointegration, and is also board certified in periodontology and dental implant surgery by the American Board of Periodontology (ABP).
When he is not in the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife, playing tennis, photography, crabbing, and time outdoors.
Meet Dr. Houser
General Dentist
Dr. Judith Houser graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2001. Having 21+ years of diverse experiences, especially in General Dentistry, she affiliates with different dental clinics and cooperates with other dental care professionals to provide better dental care services. Prior to becoming a dentist she worked as a laboratory technician in Neurology at the University of Washington in St. Louis and the Dow’s Institute in Iowa City, Iowa where she was involved in the publication of several research papers. That passion for learning continues today as she has taken countless hours of advanced dental training to provide her patients with the best treatment possible.
When not caring for her patients, Dr. Houser can be found spending time with her husband, Brian, and her two Siberian cats, Anya & Buffy. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and knitting. She is always taking up a new hobby. Through the years she has learned to play the mandolin, archery and speak German.
